Yes! We work closely with our suppliers to ensure our snacks do not contain genetically engineered ingredients.​ All Mavericks Snacks are Non-GMO Project® verified.

⚡ Are Mavericks Snacks safe for school (peanut-free)?

Mavericks Bolt Cookies are produced in a 'Peanut-Free' facility and therefore are considered safe for school. Mavericks Sandwich Crackers are produced in a separate facility, and while Cheddar does not contain peanuts, it is manufactured on the same equipment as Peanut Butter.

⚡ Do Mavericks Snacks contain tree nuts?

While Mavericks Snacks do not contain tree nuts, the facilities in which they are produced handle products containing coconuts which the FDA classifies as a tree nut.

⚡ Are Mavericks Snacks gluten free?

Mavericks Snacks contain wheat flour and are therefore not gluten free.

⚡ Are Mavericks Snacks organic?

Our aim is to source the best quality ingredients at the best price, and pass those savings onto our customers. Although we are not organic certified, our snacks are always Non-GMO Project® Verified and made with the best quality all natural ingredients.

All Mavericks Bolt Cookies and Peanut Butter Sandwich Crackers are plant-based, meaning their ingredients are completely free of animal products.

Mavericks supports the use of sustainable palm oil, and sources all of our palm oil from RSPO-certified (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) suppliers.

Mavericks Snacks are peanut-free and made in a peanut free facility. While there are no 'Tree Nut' products produced on the same equipment as Mavericks, there may be products that contain tree nuts within the facility.​ Our manufacturing facilitates follow strict regulations and product safety programs, including regularly conducting U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-grade cleanings as well as testing to prevent cross-contamination.

⚡ Are Mavericks Snacks kosher?

Yes! Mavericks Snacks are certified kosher by the Orthodox Union. Kosher describes food that complies with the dietary standards of traditional Jewish law for preparing, processing, and consuming food.
